As far as your simple neighborhood pizzeria goes, La Rosa is a solid place for pasta and pizza . Service is friendly and fast. There are tables to sit on/dining area and a to go counter as well. We for their plain and pepperoni pizza, as well as their ravioli. Amazingggg sauce and the ravioli was cooked just right. Pizza crust was thin and crisp, a good size to share with 7 people. Parking lot, credit cards, and it is in the same complex as Latin Port and Sumiyaki Japan.

Food and service were very good as always. Our fiends from Massachusetts love eating here whenever they are in town.

Food here is always good. But, the service often seems to be by young people who just started waiting tables a few hours or days ago. As an example, when we last ate there, the food of course was good and portions were generous. But, when the bill came, we were charged for our pitchers of tap water! We were incredulous about the charge for tap water. The waitress took it off the bill and claimed that she was doing us a favor. Obviously, no one bothered to tell her that tap water is free.

La Rosa's has been around forever and never disappoints. Monday and Tuesday, they have a $10.99 special menu that can't be beat. It includes both a small salad and a drink plus your entree and warm bread. Delicious every time.

My must stop pizza place when we are in Jersey. The staff varies, sometimes we have older more experienced in customer service staff and o our last visit teenagers who are just ok at best. No matter who's at the counter we will stop, some of the best pizza, we love it!

Everything here is delicious! I like the pizza here because the crust is thin and crispy and the sauce is flavorful. They are generous with the pizza toppings. I've had the lasagna a few times, some of the pasta dishes, the veggetable panini, an eggplant Parmesan sub, and salads. I've enjoyed the flavor of absolutely everything I have ever eaten here! This is a friendly family run business and the customer service is excellent. I usually get my order to go, although I have sat at the counter and had pizza on my lunch break. There is a dining area to the side that is a little more fancy but I have not been there for table service. There is free public parking in a large lot behind the restaurant. Please note, this is NOT the same restaurant as the nearby LaRosa Chicken and Grill. That has different owners. This LaRosa's was here first! (I am surprised that another business with such a similar name was allowed to open just a stone's throw away.)
